Description

Ağrı'da etkili olan Sibirya soğukları kenti adeta buz kütlesine çevirdi. Gece saatlerinde hava sıcaklığının eksi 18 dereceye kadar düştüğü kentte, sert soğuklar günlük yaşamı olumsuz etkiledi.

Soğuk havanın etkisiyle kent genelinde bina saçaklarında metrelerce buz sarkıtları oluşurken, sabah saatlerinde ağaçlar ve açık alanlar kırağıyla kaplandı. Kırağı tutan ağaçlar kartpostallık görüntüler oluşturdu. Ağrı'dan geçen Murat Nehri başta olmak üzere nehir ve dere yüzeylerinin tamamen buz tuttuğu gözlendi.
