Osmangazi Belediyesi'nin 'Galileo'nun Jüpiter'in Uydularını Nasıl Keşfetti' temasıyla Bilim ve Amatör Astronomi Kulübüyle (BAAK) ortaklaşa düzenlediği etkinlik, bilim meraklılarını buluşturdu. Rönesans döneminin bilimsel devrimine büyük katkıda bulunan gözlemsel astronominin babası kabul edilen Galileo'nun, 415 yıl önce Jüpiter'in etrafında yıldız gibi görünen gök cisimlerinin onun uyduları olduğunu kesin olarak keşfettiğinin yıl dönümünde düzenlenen etkinlikte, vatandaşlara modern bilimin doğuşu anlatıldı.
